Meet Our Founders
Tom O’Toole
Managing director Tom O’Toole has over 16 years of experience leading construction refurbishment projects.
Tom’s focus is ensuring that the business provides a first-class service. His ethos is to protect time, achieve high levels of quality, and provide value.
He started his career in the residential and educational sectors before moving to commercial projects at The Thornton Partnership (TTP) in 2014.
At TTP he led the successful delivery of commercial projects ranging from £50k to £5m and, in more recent years, he ran the business itself while remaining close to the live work.
John Rowe
Commercial director John Rowe has over 11 years of experience in the construction industry.
John is dedicated to providing maximum value for clients. His focus is on achieving “win-win” solutions that benefit all parties involved in a project.
His career started in project management, working on large projects in the residential and health sectors for Multiplex.
In early 2019 John moved to TTP where he initially oversaw contracts as a project manager. He then moved to the commercial side of the business, eventually taking lead of the whole commercial team.
