Bloom Construction Group is currently converting this 27,000 sq ft art-deco era warehouse into Grade A office space and studios designed by dMFK.

Old Street Yard

Bloom Construction Group is about to commence work in Old St Yard to complete a light-touch refurbishment and modernisation of multiple units. Taking the client brief, we developed the design i- house with architects Able Partners to enable our client Derwent London to market the units successfully to new tenants.

The Women's Museum

Bloom Construction Group is delighted to have conducted the design and build fit-out of The Women’s Museum, a 1,250sq ft arts and community venue in East London for the local council.

22 Rathbone Place

Bloom Construction Group carried out the design and build refurbishment of this commercial space in central London, to serve as a refreshed, modern, headquarters for client PBJ Management.
